439.74 Acres of land in Sy No. 31, 44 and 46 NS 36 of Kurumathur village of Kadamberi Devaswom belonging  to  Bhagavathy, the deity of Kadamberi Chuzhali Bhagavathy Temple  have been encroached upon. W.P.(c) No.6336/2021 was  filed before the High Court of Kerala.

Date of filing of this case was 08.03.2021 and the case is disposed.
