1.98 acre of land in Sy.No. 13/15  of Cheriyamundam Village of Malappuram District belonging  to Siva Subramanya swami Temple has been encroached upon.  W.P.(c).No. 10161/19 was filed before the High Court of Kerala for directing the revenue authorities to issue possession certificate so as to enable the Devaswom to rebuild the temple destroyed by Tippu. This case was disposed of directing the Tahsildar to take a decision and the matter is still pending consideration before the Tahsildar.  Date of filing of this case was 01.04.2019.
