2.60 acres of property in Sy.No. 371/3 of Thalakkadu Village of Malappuram District belonging to Cheriyerikkavu Bhagavathi of Cheriyerikkavu Bhagavathy Temple (Perumthrikkovil Devaswom) has been encroached upon and a mosque is attempted to be built.

W.P.(c).No. 16144/2020 is pending before the High Court of Kerala.
