1.96 acre of land in Sy.No. 13/15 of Cheriyamundam Village of Malappuram District belonging to Siva Subramanya swami Temple has been encroached upon. W.P.(c).No. 18371/19 filed before the High Court of Kerala has been disposed of directing the District Collector to take a decision and the matter is still pending consideration before the District Collector.

Date of filing of this case was 09.08.2019.
